EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps the brain heal from traumatic experiences. This process may take many sessions to complete, so may not be appropriate for those seeking quick relief.

ART

TF-CBT

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a short-term, evidence-based therapy to help the brain quickly process and resolve traumatic memories. ART can be especially effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and guilt without having to verbally recount any details of the event. Many clients experience relief in just one session, making ART a powerful tool for those who need healing but want a focused, efficient approach that honors their strength and privacy.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand and reframe the impact of traumatic experiences. TF-CBT provides practical tools to manage intrusive thoughts, reduce anxiety, and address feelings of guilt or shame. Through a combination of education, coping skills, and gentle trauma processing, TF-CBT supports healing while honoring the resilience and dedication of those who serve.
